Gravity Yin Yoga is a targeted mobility training.
3 sequences ( Hips, Hamstrings, Back & Shoulders ), 8-12 poses held for 2-5 minutes each, with a 4:8 ( 4 count inhale: 8 count exhale ) breathing cycle.
